Spring Fever

I just have to start by saying it's been too long since my last post! So many wonderful things have happened in the past couple months that I am so happy about and I can't wait to share them with you all.

 Well starting off with today's events: I was lucky enough to get to see the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre performance at the Winspear Opera House. The show was beyond incredible and I was so inspired by the beautiful art that I watched on the stage.

Now...rewind to a few months ago when I applied to be on the BP. Fashion Board at Nordstrom. I am so blessed to be able to say that I was accepted onto the Board! This is such an amazing opportunity and words can't begin to express how much I'm looking forward to this. Can't wait to meet all the other members in August!:)

Stars and Spikes

Hey everyone!!! I hope everyone had a great week. I know I, for one, am so happy that it's Friday!:) What with this being my first week back to school after winter break, I was expecting the week to drag on. I actually really enjoyed school this week and I was so happy seeing everyone after the break! This is a post about my outfit that I wore yesterday, and I'm actually really excited about this one! I couldn't wait to post this because I was so excited to share these awesome Star tights that I've had for a while! Sadly, for quite some time, they fell under the category in my closet of "couldn't wait to get these, but I have no idea what I want to wear them with!" I finally decided to wear them yesterday and all of my friends loved them! I decided to just wear something really fun and edgy to go with my tights by pairing them with a bright skirt and my favorite leather jacket!

Black on Black

One of the best looks you can have is one that looks completely pulled together, yet extremely effortless at the same time; you want to look like you didn't even have to think about it when you put it on. I personally think one of the easiest ways to do that is by wearing black on black! It almost always gives you the edgy look you're going for:) So that is exactly what I did today, mainly because I was too lazy to think of anything to where!:) I like to think I was channeling my inner-grunge! Hello everyone! Just dropping in to share a few pictures that I took today for fun! I decided to wear something fun and girly to school today. My outfit was inspired by the marvelous style icon on my graphic tee...Ms. Audrey Hepburn. i decided to layer it over my pink flowy dress and add my studded collar for an edgy touch. Hello Beautiful People!!!! Just a little update from moi:) I've been super busy with school and dance and loving every second of it. Bliss On Saturday

So today was the first day I haven't been busy in quite a while! On top of that, we had the most gorgeous weather ever yesterday here in Texas. I finally got to spend some time with my mom and my sister and go out and enjoy the day:) Hope you guys enjoy these picture of my sister and I:) Everyone always says we look like twins even though she's six years older than me...lol but we love it!

Back in Business

Ladies and Gentlemen...I'm BACK!! In case anyone noticed, my blog has been somewhat deserted these past few weeks because of some damage done to my camera. Well I am happy to say that I am back in full swing!!
